The company was founded in 2002 by a group of young but highly experienced professionals with a global track record in HR software design, and a strong background in the pensions and benefits field. Our core team have worked for some of the world's largest and most innovative software companies in Europe and the US.
We're totally focused on providing industry-leading human resource technology solutions to our clients. Unlike most of our competitors, we've designed and developed the Octopus 'Software as a Service' model from the ground up, with a full range of professional services to support them. It means we can implement easily, keep costs down and deliver excellent value for money.
The 'SaaS' model means we can maintain very high levels of customer service and quality – we even surprise ourselves sometimes. The Octopus system contains all the HR functionality you need plus many other useful features such as communication tools, salary modelling, automated event alerts and mail merge and so on.
